Dolce&Gabbana – Alta Moda e Alta Sartoria Miami 2022

In December 2022, Dolce & Gabbana held a fashion show at the Surf Club in Miami, Florida to showcase their Alta Moda (women’s haute couture), Alto Sartoria (men’s), and Alta Gioielleria (high jewelry) collections. The show was inspired by Miami’s Art Deco culture and the city’s enduring glamour.

The show video production included eight Sony FX9, one steadicam and one drone.

Alta Moda and Alta Sartoria clothes on stage in one of the most iconic locations in Miami: the Surf Club, which since it opened its doors on New Year’s Eve 1930, has been synonymous with history, glamor and uniqueness. In fact, for decades the legendary complex hosted the most prominent personalities of the 20th century, who loved to spend their holidays in this spot-cum-retreat, impenetrable to the outside world and yet a place where fun was guaranteed: from Winston Churchill, who from his “cabana” loved to paint ocean waves, to Elizabeth Taylor, Frank Sinatra, the Duchess of Windsor, Tennessee Williams and Joan Crawford.
