Francesco Malatesta was born in Rome. He holds a Business & Finance degree from the University of Rome (1988) and earned an M.A. in Communications from the New School-Parson School of Design in New York (1994). He worked at RAI Corporation in New York as Video Editor and Producer. He then went on to create his own television production companies FM Studio and MediaKite Corp. Francesco teaches Digital Video Editing and Video Production at the New School University and at Parson School of Design in New York.
